Private Branch Exchange Systems (PBX)

Great for bigger business with more than 50 employees. The PBX is one of the most common types of business phone system available for larger businesses, or businesses intending to grow. Although it requires installation from a telecom vendor, it has the the most advanced features and flexibility required by large companies. The PBX integrates well with other tools and technologies and is easily programmed to connect with your current office configurations.

Voice Over Internet Protocol Systems (VoIP)

Great for a variety of different sized companies. VoIP systems sends calls through the Internet as opposed to through traditional phone lines, so anyone using the system can be anywhere in the world while using the same phone number. Providing features that previously only large corporations had access to, such as automated attendants, call queues and computer integration, VoIP systems are quickly becoming popular amongst companies and consumers.

Hosted VoIP

Hosted VoIP has the same functionality as the traditional VoIP systems, however the system is hosted by a service provider. This means the business usually pays a higher monthly fee for the services, but lower upfront costs than a traditional VoIP system.
