Unified Communications Solution

Accessing shared resources, the iPECS UCS desktop and mobile applications are designed for ease of use. Call Centre

iPECS Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) engine provides flexible incoming call routing. Callers may receive announcements which then route to an available agent, or join a queue awaiting a free agent. Supervisors have real-time monitoring, call recording and call statistics available to them.

Conference

There are three types of audio conference features:

  • Conference groups, pre-created members can easily initiate a group call.
  • Conference rooms where members join with a password from any device.
  • Ad-hoc conference where members are invited to join by the initiator.

System Management

iPECS’ intuitive web-admin enables management and monitoring of the system. End-users can set up personal settings via ‘web user portal’ from anywhere via desktop or mobile internet connection.
