Unified Communications Solution

Mobility
Call Centre
iPECS Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) engine provides flexible incoming call routing. Callers may receive announcements which then route to an available agent, or join a queue awaiting a free agent. Supervisors have real-time monitoring, call recording and call statistics available to them.
Conference
There are three types of audio conference features:
- Conference groups, pre-created members can easily initiate a group call.
- Conference rooms where members join with a password from any device.
- Ad-hoc conference where members are invited to join by the initiator.
System Management
iPECS’ intuitive web-admin enables management and monitoring of the system. End-users can set up personal settings via ‘web user portal’ from anywhere via desktop or mobile internet connection.
