Call Centre

iPECS Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) engine provides flexible incoming call routing. Callers may receive announcements which then route to an available agent, or join a queue awaiting a free agent. Supervisors have real-time monitoring, call recording and call statistics available to them.


There are three types of audio conference features:

1 – Conference groups, pre-created members can easily initiate a group call.
2 – Conference rooms where members join with a password from any device.
3 – Ad-hoc conference where members are invited to join by the initiator.

System Management
